If your machine has any non-human-caused issues within 30 days of receipt:

  1. Video Support: We will provide video tutorials to guide you in fixing the issue.
  2. Replacement Parts: If needed, we will ship replacement parts free of charge.
  3. New Machine / Refund: If the issue still cannot be resolved, we will send a new machine or issue a full refund.

For any non-human-caused issues within one year:

  1. Remote Support / Replacement Parts: Priority support via remote guidance or free replacement parts.
  2. Factory Repair: If required, customer covers the shipping cost.
  3. Returns / Refunds: Not available during this period.
